The National Assembly this morning came under heavy invasion by supporters of the former Senate majority Leader Mohammed Ali Ndume to protest his suspension by the upper house of legislature last week. The aggrieved supporters, SAFARI NEWS learnt are presently blocking the main entrance of the Assembly complex. Some of the protesters hold up a banner with Ndume’s picture and their demands. They are carrying placards and banners and are calling for a change to the decision to suspend the Borno South representative.
